Briefly, a student, 20, died when high speed winds knocked over the lift on which he was standing, filming the football practice for the team. Coach Kelly had received evidence of the dangerous winds via a weather service, yet felt it was okay to hold practice outside as opposed to the team's in-door practice complex.
